We received your request to cancel the Red Wagon Club. We're sorry to see you go and would like to remind you of the things that are going to change once you opt out of the Red Wagon Club. Once you've read through all of the benefits you'll lose, please be sure to fill out the form below.

1. For any future services or work you need from Sechler Law Firm you'll be billed at an hourly rate of up to $450/hour. (For example, 4 hours x $450 = $1800)

2. You will no longer qualify for any discounts on future work or services.

3. When you need to speak with a lawyer, you'll be billed their hourly rate.

4. Any future funding will be billed at an hourly rate.

5. You forfeit the after death settlement fee discount for your family. (The services of settlement include, but are not limited to: Apply for tax identification numbers, Initial settlement meeting, Explanatory letter to beneficiaries, Transition conference with CPA, Specific bequest letters and Preparation of the Inheritance Tax Return).

6. You will no longer be notified of any future changes in the law that would affect your estate plan.

7. You will no longer have free access to your membership with Take Care Tips with Jennifer Antkowiak as well as your free 12 GB Forever.com account.

You do have the option of getting back in the club, however you would need to pay for the months missed and you would re-enter at whatever our increased monthly rate will be in the future.

We appreciate you giving 30 days notice per your fee agreement. This means you'll have one more payment taken out on the 15th of the following month. Please see the terms and conditions of the fee agreement here.
